You might want to try it just to see what happens. However, I found another thread that points to the fact that this may not work at all for attachments:

You may have to use another method or come up with a completely different implementation to get your end result. What is your end goal here? Why are you doing this in the first place?

The nsd dump also indicates that the user had privilege problems. You should take a look at the security properties on the agent and you may need to allow this agent to run and perform restricted operations.
